Kelsey is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist who believes movement is medicine and recovery is a journey best taken together. She is passionate about helping people restore function, overcome pain, and build confidence in their recovery. Her approach focuses on personalised care, ensuring each patient feels supported and empowered throughout their rehab journey.

She enjoys keeping active with walks on the beach, soccer and strength training.

Kelsey’s areas of interest include:

  1. Orthopaedic rehabilitation (joint replacements)
  2. Sports injuries
  3. Post-surgical rehabilitation
  4. Home-visit physiotherapy

Her treatment approach combines:

  1. Manual therapy
  2. Exercise-based rehabilitation and Pilates-inspired movement
  3. Education and self-management strategies
  4. Dry Needling

Kelsey matriculated from Danville Park Girls High in 2012 and graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (Cum Laude) in 2018.  In 2019 she completed her year of community service at Manguzi Hospital, serving the community treating patients with sport, orthopaedic, respiratory and neurological conditions.  She joined us in private practice in September 2025.
